Barbie In Holland Collectors Fairs
The Barbie In Holland Collectors Fairs are aimed at collectors of Barbie dolls and other "fashion dolls". Anyone can rent one or more tables and participate in the fair as an exhibitor.
Exhibitors are expected to offer high-quality collectibles that are not for sale in regular toy stores, such as vintage items or today's special "collectibles". That makes a Barbie In Holland Collectors Fair attractive for collectors, to find exactly what you have been looking for for so long.
A visit to a collectors fair can also mean the start of a beautiful and interesting hobby!
Rules for exhibitors
Tables can only be ordered via the link at the bottom of this page.
The allocation of the ordered table(s) can only be guaranteed after the tables have been paid for.
Cancellation of ordered tables is possible up to 1 month prior to the fair date. You will then receive the paid amount back. No money will be refunded if cancellation is made within 1 month prior to the fair date.
Special requests regarding a specific location in the exhibition hall (corner table, on the wall, etc.) will be taken into account as much as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
You must provide your own tablecloth, if you wish.
You rent a table including 1 chair. Extra chairs are available. Behind each table there may be a maximum of 2 chairs.
Renting the table(s) is excluding electricity connection. Electricity connections are not available.
You must have the table completely set up at the start of the fair (10:00 am).
It is not permitted to place your own construction materials next to, in front of or behind the table.
Of course you can place construction materials on your table.
It is not permitted to display goods in front of or next to the table.
You must follow the fire regulations and instructions of the organization at all times.
Participants remain responsible for their own items at all times under all circumstances.
Exhibitors will have access to the exhibition location from 8:00 am.
The fair opens to the public at 10:00. The fair lasts until 16:00.
As an exhibitor, you are obliged to participate in the fair with your furnished table until 4:00 PM.
Only Barbie and other Fashion Dolls, their clothing and accessories are allowed. Other items will be refused.
The organizers of the fair and the organization of the fair location are in no way liable for unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, other than those planned in advance by the organization. This is at the discretion of the Barbie In Holland organization and its employees. In case of doubt, the organization decides.
By booking tables you agree to the above rules.
